We met with prime logistics from a friend’s recommendation and we couldn’t be happier with their service! Everything was perfect, always on time (actually before schedule), extremely careful with our belongings (we had boxes with crystal and delicate furniture) and nothing broke. There were some delays with customs, but they constantly provided updates and kept us aware of next steps. Once the container arrived at its destination, Prime was still responsive and answering all my questions about things I was urging to find.
